About the Session
In this session, we will be reviewing the article “Discontinuation of Contact Precautions for Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus in a Pediatric Healthcare System“. The purpose of the Journal Club is to present a critique of an article to better understand how to:
- Frame effective clinical questions
- Understand databases and perform searches
- Review the basics of study designs and relevant statistics
- Discuss the concepts of ethics and justice in clinical research
