Interested in being a Mentor! ESPID and WSPID Joint Mentorship Programme

This new initiative is designed to connect experienced faculty with early-career colleagues from around the world, fostering professional growth, collaboration, and leadership development in Paediatric Infectious Diseases.

What’s involved?

• Duration: 12 months
• Format: 3 (virtual) one-hour mentor–mentee meetings
• Focus: Supporting mentees in achieving specific goals, such as:
  • ESPID/WSPID abstract submissions
  • Small grant applications
  • Career mentoring and planning

By the end of the program, participants will be asked to complete a short evaluation to help us strengthen and refine this opportunity for future cohorts.
