- Format: 3 (virtual) one-hour mentor–mentee meetings
- Focus: Supporting mentees in achieving specific goals, such as:
- ESPID/WSPID abstract submissions

- Career mentoring and planning
By the end of the program, participants will be asked to complete a short evaluation to help us strengthen and refine this opportunity for future cohorts.
Why Participate?
This mentorship program offers early-career colleagues the chance to receive tailored guidance, expand their networks, and take concrete steps toward advancing their careers — while senior faculty have the opportunity to give back, share their expertise, and help shape the next generation of leaders.
