1. 1. Children and neonates can spread the virus
   2. Simulate COVID-19 care and prepare ICUs
   3. Never undertake high risk airway procedures without personal protection
   4. 6 hourly shifts maximum in ICU
   5. Isolation of cases is key, includes newborn infants of +ve mothers
   6. Breast feeding needs careful thought to avoid droplet spread
   7. Do not admit +ve children to hospital or intensive care unless clinically indicated by severity
